Return Policy

Eligibility: Products purchased directly from Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.’s website can be returned within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Tampered Packages: If you suspect that your package has been tampered with upon delivery, please contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp immediately and record a video while unboxing the package.
Undelivered Packages: If you receive a notification (email/SMS) stating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
Processing Returns: All returns are processed within 10 days from the date of the return request. For any questions regarding your return, please contact Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Customer Support.
Third-Party Purchases: If you have purchased our products from other online shopping platforms, please adhere to the return policy of the respective platform.
Customized Products: Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded in case of a return.

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned merchandise. Only unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
Cash-on-Delivery Orders: For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account. We will request your bank details after receiving the return request within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, you can log in to your Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. account and cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of placing it.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
Post-Dispatch Returns: If the order has been dispatched, you may receive the order and then opt for a return if you do not wish to keep the product.
