- Warranty Coverage: Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. extends this warranty to the original purchaser for personal household use of “Ceramic tiles, marbles, granites, sanitary ware, faucets, commodes, and basins” in their original location. The warranty is non- transferable.
- Warranty Commencement: The warranty for any product begins from the date the invoice is generated and can be availed upon presenting a valid proof of purchase (invoice). Customers are required to keep the original invoice and warranty card safely. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by the company’s service center or its authorized service associates.
- Service Costs: All costs and expenses incurred for repair/service of the products, including a) travel of service personnel to and from, and b) transportation of the product and/or spare parts to and from Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.’s branch office or authorized service franchisee to the customer’s location, shall be borne solely by the customer at prevailing rates. Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any damage caused to the product during transit or delivery for repair.
- Exclusions from Warranty: This warranty does not cover instances of negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accidents, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages caused by improper maintenance, alteration of the product, or failure to follow care or installation instructions provided with the product. Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine. Avoid using abrasive pads, steel wool, or wire brushes, as these will damage and wear down the finish.
- Labor Charges: This warranty does not cover labor charges or costs of removal and reinstallation of the product. It does not allow recovery of incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, delay, property damage, or other consequential damages, and Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. accepts no liability for such damages.
- Replacement of Parts: The company and its authorized service center reserve the right to retain any part(s) or component(s) replaced at their discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the product during the warranty period.
- Discretionary Replacement: The company may, at its discretion, replace faulty part(s) with functionally new operative part(s).
- Unauthorized Repairs: In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repairs by unauthorized personnel, or misuse detected by the authorized service personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable, and repairs will be subject to the availability of parts and on a chargeable basis only.
- Product Replacement: Replacement of parts is solely at the discretion of Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. In case replacement of the entire unit is deemed necessary (subject to the sole discretion of Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.), the same model shall be replaced. If such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with a model of equivalent price at the time of purchase.
- Color Matching: If any colored internal or external components are replaced, there is no commitment to ensure that the shades match the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, and tints may vary from the customer’s unit due to continuous usage. Any matching components changed at the customer’s request will be on a chargeable basis, except for the components that actually needed replacement.
- Repair Timeliness: While the company will make every effort to carry out repairs promptly, it is expressly stated that the company is under no obligation to do so within a specified period.
- GST Information: If incorrect GST credentials and information are provided during the ordering process, they cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched.
- Liability Limitation: This warranty does not cover any consequential liability, damage, or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any damage to the products. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only within the warranty period.
- Installation and Demonstration: The warranty does not cover the demonstration or installation of the purchased product.
- Non-Covered Components: The warranty does not cover components like washers, rubbers, springs, and other plastic items.
- Accessories: The warranty does not cover any external accessories.
